I had a fantastic stay here. The hotel location is convenient with easy access to transportation. The staff were friendly and the breakfast was excellent with a variety of options to choose from.

It's not all doom and gloom, there were some positive aspects to my stay. Firstly, the hotel was conveniently located near the station, which made traveling relatively easy. I could easily walk a short distance to the hotel without any hassle. Secondly, the wifi was working great, I was able to work remotely without any interruptions. Lastly, it was pretty quiet and I was able to sleep without any disturbances.
There were a few things that did not meet my expectations. Firstly, the room was quite small, not enough space to move around comfortably. Secondly, the room was dark, there were not enough sources of light to illuminate the room properly. Lastly, the window of the room was facing a neighboring apartment which was too close, and no natural light came through. Additionally, the staff members were not helpful with the issues I had with the TV in the room, after many inquiries they didn't respond nor try to fix the problem. my experience was on the lower end of my expectations.

Rooms are well-equipped with functional facilities such as a good working Wi-Fi system and comfortable beds that guarantee a restful night's sleep. the service staff provides professional and courteous service to ensure guests' satisfaction.
The hotel is showing its age with outdated facilities, slightly small rooms, and undesirable scents in some areas of the hotel.

The Grandeur Hotel's best feature is undoubtedly its comfortable beds. Soft mattresses that feel like clouds. Convenient location near the station. Wifi working perfectly. Nice atmosphere with soothing piano music and turtle-themed decorations.
